Fnx Performance collects information you provide when you browse the site, submit a contact form, save checkout details, place or request an order, or communicate with support.

This may include name, email address, phone number, organization or research affiliation, shipping and billing details, order details, product and lot references, support messages, and compliance attestations tied to checkout.

Information is used to operate the website, support research-use-only ordering, review order eligibility, provide product documentation, calculate shipping, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain compliance records.

Checkout attestations may be stored with timestamp and order context so Fnx Performance can document research-use-only acceptance and related order review.

The site may use necessary cookies for cart, checkout, security, and preference functions. Optional analytics or marketing tools load based on configured consent controls and visitor choices.

With analytics consent, Fnx Performance uses Google Analytics 4 to measure privacy-filtered page views, campaign and referral sources, checkout funnel actions, and aggregate order value. Account, recovery, unsubscribe, and vial-record routes are excluded; arbitrary URL parameters, product and research slugs, customer details, and item names are not sent.

Google signals, advertising personalization, user-provided data, and granular location and device collection are not enabled for this property. Google Analytics does not load before analytics consent. You can update or withdraw cookie choices through the cookie settings control, and browser-level privacy signals may further limit optional tracking.

On each visit to the isolated, neutral social landing page, Fnx Performance asks separately whether the originating platform may measure one PageView. A prior choice is not reused for another platform or a later visit. Automatic events, advanced matching, customer-list matching, and product-level ecommerce events are not enabled.

The isolated social landing page is delivered as a separate document without the catalog, product or research content, account data, forms, cart, checkout, order data, or the site's shared product-aware navigation. Entering the main website performs a full document navigation that unloads the social pixel. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel never load in the catalog, research library, account, contact or other forms, checkout, payment, order-status, order-return, recovery, unsubscribe, or vial-record routes.

Transactional messages such as receipts, payment updates, fulfillment notices, refunds, account security messages, and requested support replies are used to operate an order or account and are not treated as promotional subscriptions.

Checkout-recovery reminders and catalog-news or promotional messages use separate optional, unchecked email choices at checkout or another signup form. Fnx Performance records the disclosure version, source, and timestamp for each choice. You can stop all recovery and promotional email at any time without affecting necessary order notices.

Fnx Performance may use service providers for hosting, ecommerce infrastructure, payment handoff, shipping calculations, email delivery, support workflows, analytics, fraud prevention, and security operations.

Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the website, process research orders, maintain records, or comply with lawful requests.

When you choose a hosted payment method, Fnx Performance shares only the information needed to create and reconcile that payment with the selected provider. The provider operates its own checkout and handles the payment credentials or wallet interaction submitted there.

For Burner crypto checkout, the handoff includes the exact USD order amount, an order and invoice reference, and the name, email address, and phone number supplied at checkout. Billing and shipping street-address fields are not placed in the Burner checkout URL. Burner returns invoice, status, and blockchain transaction information used to reconcile the WooCommerce order.

Retired PayRam links are not issued for new checkouts. Its authenticated callback may remain available temporarily to reconcile a payment link issued before retirement.

Records are retained as needed for order support, compliance review, accounting, security, dispute handling, and lawful business operations.

Fnx Performance uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
