Support channels are limited to order support, product availability, certificates of analysis, lot records, shipping questions, and research documentation requests.

Product documentation, including certificates of analysis when available, is provided for research documentation review. Documentation does not convert a product into a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, medical device, or therapeutic product.

Orders may require payment review, compliance review, inventory review, and shipping review before fulfillment. Payment instruction access, transfer submission, card or crypto authorization, or payment receipt does not guarantee acceptance or shipment of an order.

Fnx Performance may limit quantities, request additional information, or decline service when needed to maintain research-use positioning, payment-provider compliance, or lawful operation.
