This policy explains when research-use-only orders may be cancelled, refunded, replaced, or reviewed after shipment.

Fnx Performance products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research use. Because products require controlled handling, lot documentation, and research-use-only review, returns are limited.
Do not return any product without written support instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.
Orders may be cancelled, declined, held, or refunded before fulfillment if product availability, payment review, compliance review, quantity review, or lawful shipping requirements cannot be satisfied.
If you need to request a cancellation before fulfillment, contact support as soon as possible with the order number and research account details.
After an order ships, refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case for shipment damage, incorrect product, missing product, documentation issue, or fulfillment error.
Report issues promptly with the order number, product name, lot information when available, packaging photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Refunds or returns are generally not available for buyer error, refused delivery, inability to lawfully receive products, failure to review research-use restrictions, storage or handling after delivery, or any request connected to human or animal use.
Fnx Performance does not accept returns based on expected research outcomes, personal results, dosing questions, administration questions, or medical-use intent.
Contact support@fnxperformancelabs.com with your order number and documentation. Support can help with order, shipping, COA, lot, and documentation issues, but cannot provide dosing, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or human-use guidance.
