Fnx Performance reviews orders before fulfillment for payment status, product availability, research-use-only attestations, quantity limits, recipient details, shipping eligibility, and compliance concerns.
Payment authorization or checkout completion does not guarantee order acceptance or shipment.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, organization, billing, and shipping information before checkout handoff.
Fnx Performance ships only to eligible U.S. recipients and may hold or cancel an order if recipient details are incomplete, inconsistent with research-use-only ordering, or unsuitable for lawful fulfillment.
Standard U.S. shipping is free for eligible product orders; no separate shipping charge is displayed during checkout.
Accepted orders receive tracking after fulfillment label creation. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by product availability, order review, carrier performance, weather, holidays, documentation review, or address issues.
Report delayed, damaged, missing, or misdelivered shipments promptly with your order number, tracking details, photos when available, and a description of the issue.
Fnx Performance may request additional documentation before issuing a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
