GLOW, Three peptide repair blend
A co formulated three peptide research blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500, positioned for multi pathway tissue repair and skin quality research.
Mechanism of action
Not one molecule but a three peptide blend (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) that stacks collagen, repair, and angiogenic signaling into a single recovery formulation.
Also studied
GHK-Cu contributes collagen and elastin synthesis and dermal matrix support.
See related compoundsBPC-157 and TB-500 contribute soft tissue repair and growth factor signaling.
See related compoundsAll three components are pro angiogenic, which also concentrates the central cancer/angiogenesis caution in one product.

Full profile
No independent clinical evidence of its own, no trials of the combination exist. Its profile is the sum (and stacking) of its parts, all of which sit in the speculative animal/anecdote only tier.
The cancer/angiogenesis contraindication compounds here: all three components are pro angiogenic/pro growth, so the blend concentrates exactly the mechanism flagged as the central theoretical danger across this database. Combining three uncharacterized injectables also multiplies sourcing/sterility risk and makes attributing any adverse reaction impossible.
Active or suspected malignancy; pregnancy; the union of all three components' contraindications.
Inherits component status, BPC-157 and TB-500 are in the post Category 2 grey zone (PCAC review July 23, 2026); injectable GHK-Cu is on the later track. WADA: prohibited (TB-500 named S2; BPC-157 named under S0).
Subcutaneous.
